We do not offer international shipping. We are sorry that we currently Only ship to the USA and Australia. Please look for more countries to be opened!
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It will take 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Please contact support@whisperwisp.com if you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 5 working days of purchase.

A second delivery attempt will be made in the event of a missed delivery. You will need to contact UPS for a re-delivery arrangement if the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful. A week after unsuccessful deliveries, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us via email at support@whisperwisp.com if your order has been returned to our warehouse. There will be a new delivery order placed and an additional delivery fee will be charged to you.
Order Cancellation
We will be able to cancel an online order after it has been placed if you contact us within 3 hours, during our business hours, by email at support@whisperwisp.com. Your request will be accommodated as best as possible.
Our system occasionally cancels orders or parts of orders for a variety of reasons. The following are some of the reasons:
- The item(s) you requested is not available.
- Processing of payment information is difficult.
- The address provided cannot be shipped.
- There was a duplicate order.
- A cancellation has been requested by the customer.
In the event that your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification. In the event that you elect to cancel the shipment of any item(s) and you paid for your order with a gift card, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any cancelled or unshipped items will not be charged for all other orders.

Returns & Refund
At WHISPERWISP, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Returns are only eligible if the following conditions are met:
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- All packaging and tags are attached, and the goods are in pristine condition.
Returns are not permitted for the following items:
- Provided in accordance with your specifications or significantly customized.
- Products that are unsuitable for return, rapidly deteriorating, or have exceeded their expiration date by their nature.
- A supply of goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have not been sealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods that, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items after delivery.
Any goods that do not meet the above return conditions may be refused at our sole discretion.
Only normal priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, special-priced items cannot be refunded. Legal restrictions may prevent you from benefiting from this exclusion.
Product arrived damaged?
Send a photo of the damaged product to support@whisperwisp.com and we will discuss a replacement or a discount.
RETURNING GOODS
*Unless it is our fault, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
Please email support@whisperwisp.com with your order number #____ in the subject line. Attach a picture of the product you received and explain why you want an exchange or refund.
Returns Address : Please contact our support team for a return address.
*To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. To complete your return, please contact us for a return address. Sending products back on your own without communication may be refused.

CRYSTAL PRODUCT REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
*As crystals are showcased during live broadcasts, please ensure you are fully satisfied with the product before making a purchase.
Due to the unique nature of each crystal, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it for a refund. Returns and refunds will not be processed after this period.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- If your name has not been called during the live broadcast and you have not made a selection, you may cancel your order directly.
- If you have already made a selection and still wish to cancel, please note that we may reconsider future transactions with you.
- If more than 24 hours have passed since placing the order or if a shipping order number has already been provided, cancellations are generally not accepted.

REFUND
The item will be inspected when it arrives at our warehouse and a refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
The refund will be made only to the card that was used to make the original purchase, and you will not be charged for the refund.
*It may take up to a week for your refund to appear on your account due to the fact that some credit card issuers take longer to process returns.
